Die Cast Truck World gladly accepts personal checks, money orders, bank checks and credit cards. The credit cards in which we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. There will be a hold on all personal checks.
All New Jersey residents are subject to the appropriate sale tax rate of 7%.
There will be a $30.00 fee if in the event that a personal check is returned for any reason.

Die Cast Truck World ships its orders via UPS Standard Ground. All orders are shipped with insurance for the customers protection. Upon the customers request, we can have your order shipped to you quicker using a different option for additional cost. We will ship to the "lower 48" states for $10.00 for the first item and $2.00 each additional item. All telephone orders are given exact shipping rates. For orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and any International orders the customer must contact Die Cast Truck World for exact shipping quotes.
"Special Shipping" is only accepted by way of telephone orders only and exact shipping is charged.
All sales of merchandise are final. ANY RETURNS, REFUNDS, CREDITS, AND OR EXCHANGES shall strictly and apply only to Die Cast Truck World's custom programs which can be located on our Hall Of Fame page on this website. If in any event, any customer places an order and the merchandise is not featured on the Hall Of Fame page, ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. As it is stated in the disclaimer section below, Die Cast Truck World is not responsible for any product / merchandise once it departs our location.
Die Cast Truck World prides itself on providing the highest quality collectibles to its customers' at the most affordable prices. An avenue in which this process is achieved is by way of the inspection procedures set in place at the time of receiving the product from our suppliers. Each item is inspected and approved using a 3 point system. At no time is defective product accepted into inventory, let alone shipped to any customer.
However, if any customer should experience receiving defective merchandise (as stated above; only featured items on Die Cast Truck World's Hall Of Fame page), the customer must contact Die Cast Truck World by telephone within 5 days of receiving your order. Since all product / merchandise is inspected, approved, and shipped in perfect working order, it can only be factual that any complaints of receiving the defective merchandise is clearly the responsible of the shipping carrier and / or the customer. It is the customer's sole responsibility to file their own claim with the shipping carrier used if they receive defective merchandise for the actual damages. Only, at the customer's written request, will Die Cast Truck World file the claim for damages for the customer. This request will also incur a $35.00 up front surcharge along with the customer's request prior to filing any claim.
As long as the defective merchandise remains an in-stock item, Die Cast Truck World will replace it at no additional cost to the customer after receiving the damaged merchandise providing a claim is filed and approved. If the product is not an in-stock item, the customer will have the choice of choosing another in-stock item at equal or lesser value to replace the defective merchandise. If the item that the customer chooses is higher than the original item, they must pay the difference. No credit is given if in the event that a lesser item is chosen.
All returns must be sent back to Die Cast Truck World the SAME way it was sent to the customer (the product in the Styrofoam container, original inner box, outer brown box, and the box that Die Cast Truck World used to ship the item to the customer). The customer must at their own expense, purchase a larger box and enough packing materials to safely secure the original package in which Die Cast Truck World shipped to them. It is the customer's financial responsibility for the shipping charges of the defective merchandise to Die Cast Truck World. The customer will be charged shipping and handling for a replacement of defective merchandise. If defective merchandise is not returned in the manner described in this paragraph, the customer forfeits his / her right to compensation for any damages resulting out of a claim, thus terminating the claim altogether.

Any customer who engages in the act of inappropriate conduct (including but not limited to false accusations, terroristic threats, etc.) towards Die Cast Truck World and its employees will be reported to our local law enforcement agency when applicable.
Any customer who knowingly and willingly places an order with Die Cast Truck World and then cancels the order will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
Die Cast Truck World is not liable as a result if any customer fails to read, understand, agree, and comply with all its policies listed on this page of our website. The completion (checkout) process of any order from Die Cast Truck World's website and its EBAY store shall constitute the customer's understanding and agreement in complying with all the policies listed on this page.
Any and all reversal of charges commonly known as "charge-backs," initiated by any customer, for any and all product ordered and received in which the customer claims the product is damaged, including but not limited to, beyond reason, when the final conclusion of investigation of any claims are determined to be the full negligence of the customer and NOT that of Die Cast Truck World or the shipping carrier in which it utilizes: the customer shall be subject to a $500.00 legal and administration fee. Any customer who brings suit against Die Cast Truck World by way of litigation regardless of the length of such litigation, as a result of their own ignorance and negligence of their own actions, shall be 100% responsible for not only their own legal fees and travel expenses incurred by Die Cast Truck World. In addition, any customer who knowingly and willingly engages in these types of acts, understands and agrees that this wrongful behavior can and will be constituted as form of vandalism and charges will be brought against him / her.
Furthermore, the customer also agrees and understands that no credit will be due to him / her as a result of their own ignorance and negligence of the improper handling and removing of contents from its respective packaging purchased from Die Cast Truck World. This sub-section of Die Cast Truck World's Return Policy shall umbrella to include all past, present, and future orders by any customer who purchases merchandise from Die Cast Truck World in any of our avenues of commerce in which we market, distribute, and sell all of our products.
At Die Cast Truck World it is our responsibility to respect & protect your privacy. Under NO circumstances will we disclose (transfer, sell, loan, or rent) our customers personal information to any third parties. Any information given to us by our customers about themselves is strictly confidential and guarded with the utmost care and security. Any and all information collected by our customers will be used in a manner in which they have consented to.
Furthermore, any and all information collected and received by Die Cast Truck World on our website and telephone & mail orders will be utilized by Die Cast Truck World for business purposes only for whom the sale is taken place for. Die Cast Truck World will not request any personal information about customers except when absolutely necessary (upon their approval) to process the sale for which the customer is making.
At Die Cast Truck World, you can rest assure knowing that as one of our biggest responsibilities to our customers, is to provide them with the most safest and secure shopping experience.
Pre-Orders are also gladly accepted but also encouraged. This can be done from the website or by contacting us directly. From the website, the customer will be required to download an order form in which they can print out and mail back to Die Cast Truck World with a deposit reserving them a certain quantity of an item. By way of telephone, we would take your order over the phone and your reservation would be valid that much quicker.
If the customer wishes to pay for their pre-order in the form of a check, they will be billed for the balance four weeks prior to the products arrival. If the customer wishes to pre-order with a credit card, we will then charge the customers credit card for the full amount thirty days to the products arrival. All pre-orders of merchandise are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Die Cast Truck World.
Die Cast Truck World is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Please note that while all replicas are marvelous in appearance and finely detailed, they are considered collectibles and are not recommended for use by children under the age of 14. Die Cast Truck World is not liable for the product once it departs from our location, and it is received by the customer. All customers hold Die Cast Truck World harmless if in any event of an incident and / or accident when the product is given to children and / or used in a manner other than what the product was designed for.
